Join us for one of our Como Peaks Shadowbox workshops where your creativity can come alive! Bring a snack to enjoy while you create.  This project is an intermediate level and should be able to be completed in about 2 hours.

In this workshop we will be painting and assembling a Como Peaks shadowbox.  Como Peaks is Copper Forest Designs’ very first shadowbox design!  All of our shadowboxes are designed from photographs; they are laser-cut wood layers that get painted then glued and nailed together.  A hanger can be affixed to the back so the shadowbox can be hung on a wall or stood on a shelf for display.

Workshops are temporarily being held at 247 Daly Ave, Hamilton.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Select the size of the shadowbox you wish to paint and build
  2. Select the “face” you would like
  3. Complete checkout for your selection
    • REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS:
      • Full refunds given if canceled 2+ days before scheduled workshop.
      • If canceled within 48-hours of workshop you will be refunded 50%.
      • No refunds for no-shows, and no product will be provided – our shadowbox designs are proprietary and must be assembled in one of our workshops.

  4. Workshop costs include the space, supplies & materials, set up, clean up, and use of tools.
  5. Projects are cut to order so registration ends 72 hours prior to the start of the workshop.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don’t mind if paint (water-based acrylic) gets on it.  We do provide nitrile gloves if desired but have no aprons to protect clothing.
